Hi, I’m Moriah.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee and Arizona, with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies, followed by a master’s in Clinical Social Work. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to work closely with individuals—creating a space where meaningful, lasting change could take root.
My early career focused on working with children, helping them navigate trauma, anxiety, and attachment challenges. While I still love working with children, that experience deepened my passion for supporting adults who are ready to explore how their past experiences may be shaping their present—whether through anxiety, triggers, or relational patterns.
In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can be vulnerable, explore what’s holding you back, and gain clarity to move toward positive growth. I believe that understanding your story is the first step to rewriting it.
Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me exploring new hiking trails, trying new foods, or spending time with my family—recharging in the same ways I encourage my clients to do.
