Supporting individuals through Life Transition, trauma, and anxiety.
At Roots to Rise Counseling, I work with children, teens, and adults seeking growth, healing, and emotional balance. I offer limited slots for children to best accommodate after-school schedules, supporting those experiencing behavioral challenges, attachment concerns, and difficulties with confidence or self-esteem. I also work with young adults navigating life transitions—such as starting college, entering the workforce, engagements, or relocating—as well as individuals coping with grief and loss. Many of my clients come to therapy to strengthen relationship skills, manage anxiety or depression, and develop healthier ways to cope. I also support those who wish to explore the impact of their childhood—whether they experienced instability, neglect, or abuse—and are now ready to heal and move forward from past trauma.

“You’re not healing to be able to handle trauma. You’re used to trauma. You’re healing to be able to handle joy.”
